BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO MEET MONDAY

  

Four consent agenda requests for preliminary and final plats will be heard by the Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday.

The first set of requests comes from Salana Holdings, LLC for 1 acre of land addressed as 2950 Highway 36 South, which is currently developed with a car wash.  The site is not platted and needs to be in order for any future development to occur. 

Next, commissioners will act on items presented by Tru-Vision Plastics for 10.9 acres of land south of West Blue Bell Road, east of Rink Street and west of the BNSF railroad tracks.  The land is developed with a commercial building, but needs to be platted in order for further development to be allowed.

City staff recommends approval of all four requests.

The commission will meet Monday at noon at Brenham City Hall.
