SPRING WOMAN ARRESTED THURSDAY

  

A Spring woman was arrested early Thursday morning by Brenham Police.

They report that early Thursday morning at 12:25, Corporal Armando Guerra conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1700 block of South Day Street for an expired vehicle registration. Narcotics were found in the vehicle during a search. A passenger, Ranija Carreion Williams, 18 of Spring, was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. Williams also showed to have two active warrants out of Washington County for; Credit or Debit Card Abuse and Fraudulent Use or Possession of Credit or Debit Cards. Williams was transported to the Washington County Jail.
