TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED FRIDAY

  

Two people were arrested by Brenham Police Friday.

They report that Friday morning at 8:20, Officer Le’Darion Jenkins conducted a traffic stop at the 700 block of Muse St. The driver, Michael Paul Martinez, 45 of Brenham, showed to have Three active traffic warrants; Display of expired registration, Driving While License Invalid, and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Martinez was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Friday night at 10:05, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Haynes Street in reference to a disturbance. Initial investigation revealed Liticia Roshea Bennett, 32 of Brenham, was intoxicated and threatened several subjects with imminent bodily harm. Bennett was placed into custody for terroristic threat and transported to the Washington County Jail.
