WARRANT ARRESTS ON TWO MONDAY

  

Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants Monday.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 8:55, Officer Vieceli responded to 1206 Old Independence Road in reference a warrant service. Upon arrival, the suspect, Autum Renee Sparks, 21 of Burton, was served with outstanding warrants, displaying or expired registration, two counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Then Monday afternoon at 2:50, Officer Vieceli conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection South Day Street and West Chauncy Street. The front seat passenger, Gregory Curtis Taylor, 34 of Houston, was found to have a local warrant for Driving While License Invalid. Taylor was placed under arrest and was transported to the Washington County Jail.
