WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET TUESDAY

  

The Washington County Commissioners Court will once again take up a Chapter 381 Agreement during their next meeting on Tuesday.

The Chapter 381 agreement is between Washington County and Academy Sports and Outdoors for sales tax reimbursement. 

Academy had already gotten the deal approved by the City of Brenham back on September 7. 

The Commissioners tabled the matter at their September 19 meeting in order to allow more time to review the agreement.

Other items on the agenda include:

An agreement with Hunden Partners for consulting services for the Washington County Expo Center,

Approving a plan for the procedures of selecting people for jury service,

And hearing monthly reports from various county departments.

The Commissioners will also be going into executive session to discuss the Washington County Precinct Three Constable’s Office. 

The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am in their chambers at the Washington County Courthouse.
