BCDC BOARD TO MEET THURSDAY

  

The Brenham Community Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Thursday.

To open the meeting, the board will hold work session discussion on rates and operational changes for the Blue Bell Aquatic Center for the 2024 calendar year.  It will also receive an update on the sewer main extension and overhead electric lines project in the Brenham Business Center.

Next will be several executive session items.  They will include discussion regarding the sale of Industrial Park land; matters concerning Capital Westview Partners, LLC and Project Color Guard, both in the Southwest Industrial Park; and the possible lease of 44.06 acres of land in the Southwest Industrial Park.

After executive session, board members will go into regular session where they will possibly act upon the sale of real property for Industrial Park purposes, as well as the items pertaining to Capital Westview Partners and Project Color Guard.

The meeting will end with a series of board and staff updates.

The board will meet Thursday at 7:30 a.m. at Brenham City Hall.
