CUBS AND CUBETTES WIN BRENHAM’S FALL TOURNAMENT

The Brenham Cub and Cubette Golf Teams hosted the Brenham Tournament out at the Brenham Country Club earlier today (Wednesday).

For the Cubettes, they finished in a first-place tie with Willis.  Both teams had identical scores of 395.

Individually, Brenham’s Addie Bogan finished in a tie for first place with Chloe Nguyen of A&M Consolidated with each shooting a 94.

Sofia Workman was one stroke behind them with a 95, which was good for a third-place finish.

Also making the top ten was Kaylin Bogan, who finished eighth by shooting a 100.

Other Cubette scores were: Codi Clark with a 106, Lindsey Anderson with a 108, and Georgia Carroll with a 117.

On the Boys side, the Cubs finished the tournament in first place.  They beat second place Magnolia by 20 strokes, 354 to 374.

Individually, Dalton Winkelmann took home the top spot with a score of 82.

Right behind him was teammate Caleb Klussmann, who shot an 83 to finish in second place. 

Levi Dupont also finished in the top ten with a score of 87, which was good for fifth-place.

Other Cub scores were: Dexter Ray with a 100, Kayn Gurka with a 102, Roland Austin III with a 103, and Reagan Asmussen with a 105.
