BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO RECEIVE REPORTS

  

A series of reports and updates will lead Monday’s agenda for the Burton School Board.

Trustees will open the meeting with a presentation by the Burton High School Ag Advocacy Team. 

After that, the board will receive a report on the bond project, followed by a legislative update.  It will then hear monthly reports from the Burton ISD principals, athletic director and superintendent. 

According to the posted agenda, topics to be covered in the superintendent’s discussion include the district’s policies on vaping and bullying, as well as the staff leave days policy.

The board will meet Monday at 5 p.m. in the Burton High School auditorium.
