BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVES VARIANCE REQUEST
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustment approved a variance request in a brief meeting on Monday at City Hall.
The request was submitted by Sheryl Martinez, who asked the board to allow an 18-foot rear yard setback, where a minimum of 25 feet is normally required.
Martinez is looking to remodel a home located at 811 Harrington Street by increasing the habitable square footage by 530 square feet.
The request, which was the lone item on the Board’s agenda, was unanimously approved.
