THREE ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

Three people were arrested Monday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 9:30, Officer Nicolas Conforti and Cpl. Tina Bruno conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Highway 290 West for a vehicle equipment violation. Fraudulent Possession of debit cards, marijuana, and a stolen firearm were located during a probable cause search. The driver, Trevon Warrior Fennell, 21 of Manor, was arrested for Fraud Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Card greater than 5, and Unlawful caring of a weapon. Corey Eugene Evans, 21 of Austin, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz., and a warrant for Possession Marijuana less than 2 oz. issued out of Lee County. Dexter Lamont Nolan Jr., 21 of Elgin, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Theft of Firearm.  All three subjects were transported to the Washington County Jail.
