WARRANT ARREST MADE ON HEMPSTEAD MAN

A Warrant Arrest was made on a Hempstead man Wednesday.
Brenham Police report that early Wednesday morning at 5:50, Officer Lauren Vieceli conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Jackson Street and West Fifth Street. The driver, Benjamin Royden Simmons, 21 of Hempstead, was found to have an active local warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Simmons was placed under arrest and was transported to the Washington County Jail.
