TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED ON THANKSGIVING

  

Two people were arrested by Brenham Polce in separate incidences last Thursday.

They report that Thursday morning at 11:45, Officer Lauren Vieceli conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ewing Street and West Blue Bell Road. A suspected THC vape pen was found inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Sterling Thompson III, 30 of Hempstead, was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Then Thursday night at 10:40, Officer Nicolas Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Highway 105.  A probable cause search located narcotics and the operator of the vehicle, Todd Christian Johnson, 37 of San Marcos, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
