VEHICLE STOLEN IN BRENHAM

  

A vehicle was stolen last Wednesday morning in Brenham.

Brenham Police report that last Wednesday at 6:15 Officers responded to 500 block of East Stone Street in reference to a stolen vehicle. Initial investigation revealed the vehicle, a Grey Ford Eco Sport, was taken between 11:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. Information was gathered for a report and the case currently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division. Then Wednesday night at 11:05, Officer Nicolas Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of West Main Street.  A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed the driver, Darick Eugene Henderson Jr., 21 of Navasota, to be in possession of narcotics. Henderson was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was transported to Washington County Jail for booking.
