CALDWELL ‘CHRISTMAS ON THE SQUARE’ DEC. 8
Downtown Caldwell will light up for the holidays during the Burleson County Chamber of Commerce’s annual “Christmas on the Square” celebration.
The free event on Friday, December 8th from 6 to 8 p.m. will have music and dance performances, along with the popular lighted Christmas parade.
The evening will open with words from Burleson County Judge Keith Schroeder and Caldwell Mayor Janice Easter.
There will also be performances by the Caldwell High School Band and Honeybees Dance Team.
Those will be followed by the lighted parade at 7 p.m., though the parade is subject to be cancelled if there is inclement weather.
The parade will start on Buck Street, with participants lining up behind the Caldwell fire truck at the corner of Buck and Hill Streets beginning at 6:45 p.m. The parade will ride down Buck Street to Main Street before heading back to Fox Street.
The deadline to sign up for the parade is Wednesday, December 6th.
