TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

  

Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants in separate incidents after traffic stops.

Brenham Police report that Thursday evening at 6:55, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop at the 1200 block of Cheyenne Drive. The driver, identified as Shawn Everline, 53 of Brenham, was discovered to have two local warrants for Failure to Appear, Bail Jumping and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Everline was placed under arrest for the warrants and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then early Friday morning at 1:15, he conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Weaver Street. The driver, identified as Christopher Teague, 37 of Brenham, was discovered to have a local warrant for Driving While License Invalid issued out of Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Washington County. Teague was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.
