CUBETTES CRUSH CALDWELL IN FINAL TUNE-UP BEFORE DISTRICT
The Brenham Cubette Basketball Team had a dominating 60-28 road win over the Caldwell Lady Hornets last (Tuesday) night.
Carmen McWilliams led the way with 16 points. Janiyah Mathis added 14 points. Halle Scheel scored 12 points, and had five assists.
With the win, Brenham improves to 10-7 on the season, and have won six out of their last seven games.
Next up, the Cubettes will open up district play on Friday night. They will be on the road at the Magnolia Lady Bulldogs for a 6:30pm start time.
