WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 41 INDICTMENTS

  

41 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.  Among those indicted were 3 men from Navasota that were indicted for 3 counts of burglary of a habitation, theft of a firearm, and burglary of a building.  They were Lucius Bertrice Byrd, Age 19, Desnick Jaquan Chatman, Age 26, and Gregory Wayne Chatman II, Age 29.  They were arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in May of this year.

The others indicted include:

Bruce Ladarius Banks Jr., 25 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Frankie Suelynn Davis, 34 of Cypress, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences.

Bryan Jason Deziel, 47 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500, with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

Luis Armando Baquedano-Ponce, Age 22, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.

Desmond Gerard Bias, 46 of Ledbetter, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500 with 2 or more Previous Convictions.

Lonnie Ray Brown, Jr., 22 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.

Rodarius Montrell Ladaeryl Franklin, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.

Bevan Rhea Lazrine, 51 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offenses.

Virginia Annette Moore, 56 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 counts of Assault of a Peace Officer.

Aurelio Reyes-Hernandez, 27 of Houston, was indicted for Money Laundering between $2,500 and $30,000.

Brandon Clay Ward, 19 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.

Ericaka Lanell Williams, 64 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500, with 2 or more Previous Convictions.

Five people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are: Kelli Michelle Campbell, 35 of Granbury, Keashia Michelle Hackett, 19 of Huntsville, Steven Lee Matthew, 46 of Spring, Toriss Latyde Preston Jr., 19 of Houston, and Robert Clarence Walker III, 30 of Cypress.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.

Three people were indicted on 3 counts each for the taking Certain Wildlife Resources without Consent.  They are Dustin Boenker, 19 of Brenham, Christian Burns, 20 of Brenham, and Wyatt Morriston, 20 of Brenham.

Katrina Cloud, 41 of Brenham, was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Manufacture of a Deliver Controlled Substance in a drug free zone.

Boysie Cole III, 29 of Washington, was indicted for Theft of Cattle or Livestock and Criminal Mischief.

Damyzha Gibson, 22 of Humble, was indicted for Theft less than $2500, with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

Patrick Howley Jr., 28 of Navasota, was indicted for Continuous Violence Against Family.

  1. I can’t believe we have citizens driving with 3 or more DUI’s they need to be stopped before some innocent people are injured or killed.! If one is to many and one is never enough and if you can’t lock away the booze lock away the booze hound. The drug dealers need to be dealt with also if fentanyl is involved death sentence should be on the table cause they are killing our kids.

    1. I have an idea. First conviction of DUI: 1 calendar year in prison. Second: 10 calendar years in prison. Third: 100 calendar years in prison. Easy.
