TWO MISSISSIPPI MEN ARRESTED THURSDAY

  

Two Mississippi men were arrested Thursday on Multiple Charges.

Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 8:50, Officer Nicolas Conforti initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy and Rippetoe Street. A probable cause search was conducted due to the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Marijuana and a Vape Pen containing THC were found. The driver of the vehicle, Brooks Fredrick Shannon, 28 of Mississippi, was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. The owner of the vehicle, Kenyana Deshun Heard, 27 of Mississippi, arrived on scene and took ownership of the Vape Pen and was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
