SPRING WOMAN ARRESTED MONDAY

A Spring woman was arrested Monday on several drug charges.
Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 6:35, Officer Nicolas Conforti initiated a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Highway 290 East. A probable cause search was conducted and the driver, Eva Marie Brooks, 34 of Spring, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. She was booked into the Washington County Jail.
