AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS FIVE
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned the names of five people who were indicted.
32-year-old Rodney Deon Witherspoon, indicted for Forgery of a Financial Instrument and Theft of Property Between $2,500 and $30,000.
17-year-old Marissa Nicole Moreno, for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse.
32-year-old Quintin Darnell Gonzales, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.
43-year-old Luis Torres, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
57-year-old Catherine Diane Jones, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
