TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED CHRISTMAS DAY

  

Two people were arrested on Christmas Day in separate incidents on Alcohol offences.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 5:30, Officer Masters was dispatched to a Welfare Call at the intersection of North Park Street and A H Ehrig Drive. Investigation revealed the driver Justin Pendergraft, 22 of Brenham, was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Justin was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked for Driving While Intoxicated with Open Alcohol Container and released to jail staff without incident.

Then Monday night at 8:25, Officer Vieceli was dispatched to an intoxicated person call at 300 block Highway 290 West. Investigation revealed that Dean Murdoch, 31 of San Diego, was found to be intoxicated in a public place and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail.
