TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED SATURDAY

  

Two people were arrested Saturday in separate incidents.

Brenham Police report that early Saturday at 12:40, Officer Conforti responded to the 300 Block of South Baylor Street for a complaint of a suspicious person. Investigation led to the arrest of Edward Paul Clark, 56 of Brenham, for public intoxication and booked into Washington County Jail.

Then Saturday morning at 8:35, Officer Mosley conducted a traffic stop at the 1300 block of North Park Street. Investigation revealed that the driver, Curtisha Houston, 29 of Houston, was driving while her license was invalid, and she did not have insurance for the vehicle she was operating. Houston was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid Enhanced and transported to the Washington County Jail, where she was booked in.
