MAGNOLIA MAN ARRESTED TUESDAY

  

A Magnolia man was arrested Tuesday night.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday night at 10:15, Sergeant Jimmy Ha initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Becker Drive and South Market Street. Narcotics were located during a probable cause search and the driver, Israel Ponce, 37 of Magnolia, was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence With the Intent to Impair.
