THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

Three people were arrested Wednesday on Marijuana Charges.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 8:35, Corporal Andrea Guerra made contact with a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Weldon Trace. The occupants, Alaysha Sherelle McDonald, 21 of Brenham, and Rotavia LaKayla Nicole Franklin, 18 of Brenham, were taken into custody. McDonald was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Franklin was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence. Both subjects were transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in without incident.

Then Wednesday night at 11:55, Officer Lauren Vieceli made contact with a suspicious vehicle at Jackson Street Park. Marijuana was found inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. Charles James Johnson-Evans, 19 of Fresno, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to the Washington County Jail
