BURTON BASKETBALL TEAMS SWEEP SNOOK
It was a big night for the Burton Panther Basketball Team on Friday as they picked up their first district win in four years.
The Panthers beat the Snook Bluejays 47-38 at the Burton High School Gym.
K.D. Patterson led Burton with 14 points and five rebounds. Eli Simank added 10 points. Jason Gonzales had 10 points, 7 rebounds, and four steals.

Meanwhile, the Burton Lady Panthers crushed Snook 72-48. Tiara Burns led the way with 26 points, while Ciara Burns wasn't far behind with 23 points.

Both Burton Basketball Teams will be on the road in Somerville on Tuesday night. The Lady Panthers play at 6:15pm, while the Panther play at 7:30pm.
