ONE CALL THURSDAY FOR BRENHAM FIRE DEPT.
The Brenham Fire Department had one call on Thursday.
Just before 6 p.m., the department was dispatched for a gas odor in the 1000 block of Harvest Lane.
Firefighters and the City of Brenham Gas Department checked the area for a leak or smell.
After investigation, gas employees released fire units from the scene.
