TWO CUBETTES ACHIEVE MILESTONES ON FRIDAY NIGHT
Two members of the Brenham Cubette Basketball Team reached career milestones on Friday night during their 45-40 victory over Magnolia West.
Sophomore Antiyahna Lang pulled down her 500th career rebound. Meanwhile, Senior Halle Scheel picked up her 500th career steal.
The win moved Brenham into a tie with Magnolia for the fourth and final playoff spot.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) night is the regular season finale as the Cubettes host College Station.
If Brenham beats College Station, and Magnolia loses to Magnolia West, then the Cubettes will clinch a playoff berth.
Opening tipoff is at 6:30pm. KWHI will have live coverage at 6:15pm.
