CUBS LOOKING TO CLINCH PLAYOFF SPOT THIS (TUESDAY) EVENING

The Brenham Cub Basketball Team enters their final game of the regular season later tonight (Tuesday) with a chance for the program to clinch something it has not had in a while, a playoff spot.

The Cubs are traveling to A&M Consolidated for their District 21-5A finale at 6:30pm. It is an important game for both teams.

With a win, Brenham can clinch the #3 seed out right. If the Cubs lose, they would have to see whether College Station and Montgomery win or lose to determine if a playoff would be needed for the third and fourth place playoff spots.

Meanwhile, A&M Consolidated can clinch a share of the district title with a win, or clinch the title outright if they win and Lake Creek loses.
