EVADALE ENDS SEASON FOR LADY PANTHERS

The 2023-2024 season came to an end in Willis last (Tuesday) night for the Burton Lady Panthers as they lost to Evadale 57-49.

Burton had at one point cut the lead down to 48-45 in the fourth quarter, but Evadale went on a 9-4 run to seal the victory.

Ciara Burns led the Lady Panthers with 18 points.

Evadale now moves on to the Area Round of the playoffs, where they will face Flatonia.
