A warrant arrest was made on a Brenham man after he eluded police.
Brenham Police report that Wednesday evening at 6:20, Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the 1900 block of FM 389. While attempting to conduct a traffic stop, the suspect, Adrian Gutierrez, 32 of Brenham, eluded from officers. Investigation revealed that Gutierrez showed to have an active felony warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Against a Pregnant Person. Gutierrez was placed in custody for Fleeing Police and for the active warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.
