THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED SATURDAY

  

Three people were arrested by Brenham Police Saturday.

They report that early Saturday morning at 4:20, Officers responded to the 2400 block of South Chappell Hill Street in reference to a disturbance. After investigation, Rodrick Dwayne Jackson, 18 of Brenham, was taken into custody and charged with Assault of Family or Household Member and Impeding Breath or Circulation and Interfering with an Emergency Request for Assistance. Jackson was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.

Then Saturday afternoon at 1:05, Officers responded to the block of 100 West Alamo Street in reference to an assault call. Investigation revealed Matthew Garcia, 29 of Brenham, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct - Fighting, and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Saturday night at 11:05, Officers responded to the 2300 block of South Market Street in reference to a disturbance. Investigation revealed Rodney Wallace, 46 of Bellville, to be intoxicated in a public place and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail.
