NEARLY 1,500 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH THREE DAYS
Early voting continues at a fast pace for the March 5th primary election.
According to Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, there were 435 Republicans and 26 Democrats who came out to vote on Thursday, for a total of 461 people.
Three days of early voting has brought out 1,480 participants, including 1,370 Republicans and 110 Democrats.
Today (Friday) is the last day of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours for early voting at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.
Weekend voting will be available tomorrow (Saturday) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each day next week, February 26 – March 1, will have hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
