HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED WEDNESDAY

  

A Houston man was arrested Wednesday on Marijuana charges.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday night at 11:15, Sergeant Ashley Burns conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at South Day Street at West Lubbock Street. Drug paraphernalia was observed in plain view and a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search, marijuana was located inside the vehicle. The driver, Jamar Edwards, 43 of Houston, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and transported to the Washington County Jail.
