TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY

  

Two people were arrested Wednesday on multiple charges.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday evening at 8:10, Officer Conforti checked a suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block of Highway 290 East.  A probable cause search was conducted and the occupants, Jesse Alan Brooks, 51 of Mart, and Chance Brannon Binder, 28 of Lorena, were placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.  Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
