TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED THURSDAY NIGHT
Two people were arrested Thursday night in separate incidences.
Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 9:20, Officer Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 2700 block of Highway 290 West. A probable cause search led to the operator, Chassity Janea Whitty, 23 of Pflugerville, being arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2oz. She was booked into the Washington County Jail.
Update: Case Closed 6-6-2024 - Then Thursday night at 11:50, Officer Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Highway 290 East. Investigation revealed the driver, Chiagozie Daniel Oliver, 18 of Parker, was in possession of narcotics. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into the Washington County Jail.
