Over 350 guests gathered for the gala, themed “Rescued by Grace”, at Deep in the Heart Farms on Thursday, March 7th.  They were treated to dinner by The Bake Shop at All Things Acres as they heard words from several speakers about BPC’s impact on the community.

BPC Executive Director Katlyn Marburger provided an update on the center’s activities, highlighting the need for expansion to better serve the growing number of clients.  She invited the public to a series of upcoming open house tours, offering attendees a glimpse into the future plans for a medical clinic.  The first tour will be Friday, March 22nd at 10 a.m.

The keynote speaker was Dr. Haywood Robinson, who addressed the audience about his journey from abortion doctor to pro-life advocate.  Event emcee Rob Davis shared his experience as a male client advocate, emphasizing the importance of male involvement in BPC’s fatherhood program and encouraging more men to support expectant fathers.

All funds raised from the event support local women by providing free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, educational parenting classes, abortion recovery support and material assistance.
