TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

Two people were arrested Thursday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 10:20, Officer Nicolas Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Highway 290 West. The driver, Marlon Emmanuel Rashaad Battle, 27 of Prairie View, and the front passenger, Isaiah Daevon Howard, 21 of Waller, were both placed under arrest. Battle was booked into the Washington County Jail on Possession of a Controlled Substance charge and Howard was booked in for Failure to ID Fugitive, Intent to Give False Info and a Warrant out of Waller County for Assault Family or House Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.
