TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED AFTER DISTURBANCE

  

Two people were arrested early Tuesday after a disturbance was reported.

Brenham Police report that early Tuesday morning at 12:10, Officers responded to the 2300 block of South Market Street in reference to a disturbance. The suspect vehicle was located in the area and standardized field sobriety test revealed that the driver, Michael Kase Lackey, 54 of Galveston, was intoxicated. Michael was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The passenger, Emily Louise Stolz, 29 of Washington, was placed in custody for Public Intoxication and for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. Both Lackey and Stolz were transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
