THEFT OCCURS AT BRENHAM BUSINESS
The Brenham Police Department is investigating a theft that occurred at a local store.
They report that Wednesday morning at 10:20, Officers responded to a reported theft in progress taking place at a business located in the 2500 block of South Day Street. The store manager reported a female suspect exited the store with over $500 worth of groceries without rendering payment. The suspect left the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Information for a report was gathered and will be forwarded to Criminal Investigations Division for follow-up investigation.
