The request from Lauren Marek and Carra Sykes was to allow an ADU on their single-family residentially-zoned property in the 500 block of Walnut Hill Drive.

The ADU is proposed to be a 660-square-foot, one-bedroom/one-bathroom structure located on the northeast corner of the property.  It is intended for use as a studio space and guest house.

No one from the public came forward to speak for or against the request.

The city council is scheduled to take up the item for a public hearing and action at its meeting on April 4th.
