RODEO GIDDINGS SET FOR APRIL 19-20
One of the biggest rodeo events in Central Texas is coming next month to the Lee County Sheriff’s Posse Arena.
Rodeo Giddings will take place Friday and Saturday, April 19th and 20th. Competitors will take part in a variety of activities like bareback, steer wrestling, team roping, calf roping, bull riding, saddle bronc, ladies barrel racing and ladies breakaway. Kid events include mutton bustin’ and a calf scramble.
The rodeo will conclude with a dance on the 20th starting at 10 p.m., featuring the Blue Denim Band.
Admission at the gate is $20, $5 for children 7-14. Kids 6 and under get in for free. The entry fee for mutton bustin’ is $20.
