BURTON SOFTBALL & BLINN BASEBALL RAINED OUT

Due to rain received earlier this (Monday) afternoon, a pair of local teams that were schedule to play tonight (Monday) are no longer going to be in action.

The Burton Lady Panthers have postponed their game against Normangee that was supposed be played at 6pm in Burton. According to Coach Zack Zorn, the game will be re-scheduled for a later date.

Burton's next softball game is scheduled for Friday at 5pm at Iola.

Meanwhile, the Blinn Baseball game that was scheduled for 7pm against McLennan has also been rained out. There is word yet on a potential makeup date.

Blinn's next baseball game is scheduled for Thursday when they return to Region XIV Conference play at San Jacinto in Houston at 6pm.
