THEFT WARRANT SERVED ON ROUND TOP MAN

A Warrant Arrest was made Tuesday at the Washington County Jail.
Brenham Police report that Tuesday morning at 6:30, Officer Morong was dispatched to the Washington County Jail to serve an active warrant on a subject who wanted to turn himself in. Officer Morong served the active Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000 warrant and Travis Lloyd Nelius out of Round Top was booked into the jail without incident. The warrant was issued stemming from a report filed on January 10th of this year and involved a theft of merchandise from a business located in the 200 block of Highway 290 West.
