BURTON SETS AREA ROUND BASEBALL SERIES WITH THORNDALE
The Burton Panther Baseball Team has set their Area Round Playoff Series with the Thorndale Bulldogs.
They will play a best 2 out of 3 series. Games 1 and 2 will be on Thursday at 4:30pm at Bombers Stadium in Bryan. KWHI will have live coverage beginning with the pregame at 4pm on 1280AM, 101.7FM, and KWHI.com.
Should a third game be necessary, it will be on Friday at 4:30pm at Bombers Stadium. That will also be a 4pm pregame on KWHI.
Burton advanced with a 14-0 Bi-District win over Sabine Pass. Thorndale advances by sweeping their series with Junction 14-1 and 4-1.
