THREE ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Three people were arrested Monday for Marijuana Possession.
Brenham Police report that Monday afternoon at 3:15, Officer Nicolas Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Highway 290 West. Investigation led to the arrests of Oronde Russell Gumbs, 27 of Houston, and Brandon A. Brewster, age 29, were arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
Then Monday evening at 6:45, Officers responded to the 2400 block of Stone Hollow Drive, in reference to a narcotics complaint. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that an occupant, who was located in the vehicle, was in possession of Marijuana. Robin Rafqa Massih, 27 of Houston, was placed in custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
Alright great job!!!! The pot police are hard at it again. How about recovering peoples stolen property and leave the pot smokers alone. They ain’t the ones stealing just easiest to catch. Especially when some nosey Nieghbor is calling them in as suspicious activity. Come on people mind your own damn business and let people that ain’t bothering nobody alone.
The law is the law. Pot heads broke the law and should be punished accordingly. Marijuana and driving a car is an accident waiting to happen. No different than alcohol. Could serve as a wake up call.
