BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT

One person was arrested Tuesday, charged with Assault.
Brenham police report that Tuesday afternoon at 5:30, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Prairie Lea Street in reference to an assault. A witness reported seeing a male subject grabbing the hair of a female. Upon officers’ arrival, they located the male subject, Keiby Jesus Rodriguez-Sanchez, 21 of Brenham, and discovered the person he assaulted was someone he was having a dating relationship with. He was placed under arrest for Assault by Contact- Family Violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.
