TWO BRENHAM MEN IN CUSTODY FOR ASSAULT

  

Two Brenham men were booked into jail by Brenham police on Monday for assault charges.

Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 7:00, Officers responded to 200 block of Lounge Road in reference to a physical disturbance. Investigation revealed that both parties left location but one crashed. The driver of the crashed vehicle, Diondrick Deshawn Thomas, 31 of Brenham, showed to have a warrant out of Brenham and Austin. Thomas was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked for his warrants Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member (Brenham) and Assault of a Family or Household Member with a Previous Conviction (Austin).

Then Monday night at 9:50, Officer Mark Morales & Corporal Tina Bruno responded to the 2000 block of FM 389, in reference to disturbance. Eric Gutierrez, 25 of Brenham, was placed into custody for Assault Family Violence. Gutierrez was transported to the Washington County Jail.
