7 PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Seven people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett this week.
Richard William Clutter, II, 45 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences. He was also ordered to pay a $100 fine.
Kendra Nicole Christian, 36 of Round Rock, had her probation revoked and sentenced to 218 days in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Jonathan Wayne Nichols, 26 of Houston, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 100 hours community service.
Dennis Carey, 68 of Somerville, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more offences. He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 150 hours of community service, serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail as condition of probation, and have an interlock device installed for one year on his vehicle.
Alburnie Meshae Reese, 36 of Houston, was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation, and have an interlock device on her vehicle.
Cierra Juna Stewart, 35 of Humble, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Jennifer Lynn Hampton, 51 of Bellville, was sentenced to 2 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd offence. She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, serve 5 days in the Washington County Jail, perform 100 hours of community service, and have an interlock device on her vehicle until December 31, of this year.
