GRAND JURY RETURNS 45 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury meet this week and returned 45 indictments.

Braelyn Bimage, 17 of Brenham, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.  Bimage was arrested in April of this year near Krause Elementary School.

Angel Yahir Raha-Gaytan, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for 4 counts of Smuggling of Persons and Escape from Custody.  Raha-Gaytan was arrested in April of this year after a traffic stop.

Gregory Duane Davis, 51 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Assault Family Violence by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

Josue N. Castaneda-Guillen, 40 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd offence.

Tyler Contreras, 29 of Austin, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Javantrell Bernard Griffin-Jones, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation and Burglary of a Building.

Juan Luis Lira-Rangel, 29 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Pregnant Person.

Xavier Alvin-Malik Taylor, 28 of Brenham, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Previous Conviction.

Renee Krueger Martinez, 44 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.

Lorenzo Morales Moreno, III, 34 of Somerville, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

Travis Lloyd Nelius, 41 of Round Top, was indicted for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.

James Lee O’Neal, 53 of San Antonio, was indicted for Deadly Conduct by Discharging a Firearm.

Emily Louis Stolz, 29 of Washington, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.

Caleb Oliver Teas, 26 of LaGrange, was indicted for Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle and Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

Kendrick Trevon Thomas, Jr., 29 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation, and Burglary of a Building.

Christin Antonio Izzekell Torres, 23 of Brenham, was indicted for Money Laundering between $2,500 and $30,000, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.

Sean Watson, 33 of Copperas Cove, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

19 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are:  Donald Oneal Armstead, 59 of Brenham, Stacey Marie Bridges, 33 of Copperas Cove, Shyieem Diviine Brown, 24 of Killeen, LaKeidra Carathers, 29 of Austin, George Thomas Garlesky, 29 of Brenham, Ambrosia Natas Danu, 30 of Phoenix, Jaquaveon Jadarrius Davis, 20 of Brenham, George Thomas Garlesky, 29 of Brenham, Marqruaze L. Jackson, Jr., 20 of Killeen, Bryan Matthew Johnson, 51 of Baytown, Marcus Wayne Jones, 25 of Houston, Christopher Meier, 36 of Brenham, Dante Louis Mucherino, 35 of Gainesville, Florida, Jessica Malynn Nichols, 35 of New Ulm, Diana Izel Quintero-Jaimes, 24 of Austin, Pablo Rodriguez, Jr., 32 of Houston, Timothy Tullis, 28 of Oklahoma City, Eric Leighton VanSickle, 35 of Elgin, and Angel E. Vega-Alvarez, 54 of Brenham.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.

Elliott Daniel Gardner, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Tampering with a Government Record.

Toray Lamont Moore, 45 of Washington, was indicted for Indecency with Child-Sexual Contact.

Tristan Lane Schwartz, 24 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Lakisha Watson Kasprowicz, 47 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 counts of Exploitation of Disabled Person and Theft of Property between $750 and $2500.
