BRENHAM POLICE ARREST FOUR ON FRIDAY FOR WARRANTS
Four people were arrested Friday in separate incidences.
Brenham Police report that Friday afternoon at 1:45, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of West Alamo Street in reference to a wanted person. Leigh Anne Cavner, 40 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance issued out of Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Washington County and a Parole Violation issued by the Pardon and Parole Board of Austin.
Then Friday night at 9:10, Officer Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Highway 290 West. Investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Jacolby Donte Rheams, 23 of Houston, on an outstanding warrant from Fort Bend County for Theft of Property between $100 and $750. The passenger, Gabriela Alexis Palacios,19 of Houston, was placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant from Harris County for Theft of Property between $100 and $750. Both were booked into the Washington County Jail.
Then Friday night at 10:10, Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious person at the 1500 Block of Garrett Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Brandon Oneal Andrews, 37 of Brenham, on four active warrants issued out of The City of Brenham Municipal Court; Driving While License Invalid, Inhumane Treatment of Animals, restraining of an Animal, and Speeding greater than 10%.
